If an item is in stock, we do our best to ship same day. If you choose to ship Ground and we have a warehouse where it will be faster to ship from, we ship from the location closest to your facility. For next day or two day items we can ship from the West Coast until approximately 6:30 EST. If you have an emergency and need something shipped overnight late in the day please call. We'll do our best to accomodate. We do have some non stocking items on the website which require minimum orders from our vendors. This is especially common with taps. If your order does not meet the minimum requirements, we will contact you with options.
Our standard method is via UPS. If you would rather use US Postal Service, Fed Ex or another service just let us know when you place the order via phone or include a message in the comments section with your online order. Also please advise if you have special requests such as Saturday Delivery.
When shipping UPS you have four options. The costs below are estimates for small packages. Costs for heavy items such as coolants or vises will be more. For heavy items we will contact you to let you know the shipping charges before finalizing the order. If you don't want to wait and just want us to ship your order on heavier items, please include this in the comments when checking out. On these items, we charge our actual cost.
  • UPS Ground - $6.00 - $13.00 - This can take up to five days, but we can cover most of the country within 2 or 3 days. Residential delivery especially in rural areas is considerably more than commercial addresses. Commercial addressed in non rural areas are generally $6.00 to $9.00.

  • UPS Orange 3 day - $14.00 - $20.00 - 3 day delivery. If regular ground will be faster to your location we will advise you and send via ground.

  • UPS Blue 2 day - $18.00 - $25.00 - 2 day delivery.

  • UPS Red Next day - $25.00 - $50.00 - Next day delivery if order is placed before UPS cutoff time and is in stock.

  • International Delivery - There are multiple options here. Please specify which you prefer. Using International Priority Mail we can often deliver tools worldwide within a week for $12.00 to $50.00.
